The Visual Cognition Research Group is a collaborative group of graduate students, postdocs, and faculty at the UC-Davis Center for Mind & Brain who work together to understand vision, mind, and brain.  Our interacting laboratories give graduate students and postdocs the opportunity to gain broad experience and perform world-class research.

We interact with a broader Center for Vision Science, which includes a Core Facilities grant that provides resources to support state-of-the-art vision research, and a Training Grant that provides fellowships to many of our graduate students and postdocs.

Funding for our research comes mainly from the National Science Foundation, the National Eye Institute, the National Institute for Mental Health, and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
